About Our Client :

Our client is a global FMCG brand with an innovative range of products. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and are always at the forefront of developing and introducing new products in the market. Over time, they have been able to establish a significant presence in the India market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head Regulatory Affairs, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the VP, you will be responsible for :

- Leading all regulatory and safety activities for the company, thereby ensuring product compliance

- Ensuring that all regulatory approvals are obtained in a timely manner

- Managing all product safety activities, including inspection, testing and complaint resolution

- Act as a SME for all regulatory affairs, and make it relevant for different business leaders

- Liaise extensively with global stakeholders to drive improvements for the function

- Managing a team of professionals and assisting them in their development

The Successful Applicant :

- You will be Science and/or Engineering Graduate with around 15 years of experience across functions like - Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Quality etc. Prior experience of working in the FMCG (Foods, Nutrition, Personal Care etc) is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive business results in a timely and effective manner.
