You will lead the Talent Acquisition CoE team aligned to the Advisory function. You will act as an advisor to the business and have accountability of managing the delivery of manpower for the Consulting group for the fiscal year. You and your team will look at optimizting hiring solutions, innovative sourcing strategies and build the brand in the lateral and campus space.

Strategy :

- Leverage business and talent strategy to design and develop function specific acquisition plans which include campus, experienced and direct admit PPD recruitment (US and India) as well as contingent workers

- Provide strategic advice/counsel to Business Advisor and business leadership around campus, experienced and direct admit PPD recruiting policies, programs and processes

- Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert when partnering with the business and Talent leaders to help guide and ensure business specific goals are developed and executed against

- Advise Business Advisor and recruiting leaders on diversity and Women's Initiatives (WIN) objectives for the business to ensure appropriate focus and achievement of goals

- Partner with BP&I and Strategic Positioning team in external advisory, benchmarking groups or eminence activities including marketplace awards, as appropriate

- Assist Campus and Experienced/PPD Leads in developing a robust pipeline of talented leadership succession

- Provide business updates to A&M leadership and recruiting teams to promote clear and consistent recruitment messaging and develop business acumen skills

- Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development

Managing Relationships :

- Collaborate with other Function Recruiting Leads to ensure that resources are fully leveraged and optimized across the organization

- Collaborate with Best Practices & Innovation (BP&I) and direct teams in the development of any function-specific or localized programs or events

- Collaborate with Experienced Hire Recruiting Leads, Campus Recruiting Leads, Core Talent Services (CTS) and BP&I in the development of innovative strategic sourcing strategies (lead generation and active candidates) for a robust pipeline of quality talent and effective ROI

- Partner with Business Advisor, business leadership and assist the Campus Recruiting Lead in the development of the campus recruiting strategy and implementation plan which includes: school rosters, school champions and aligned teams, events on campus to drive results, etc.

Operations :

- Attract, hire and utilize a flexible recruiting workforce to support fluctuating demand and/or accommodate short-term needs given leaves, etc. Align resources to deliver against demand within the function and industries they serve

- Ensure national program guidelines and policies are implemented consistently throughout teams

- Present recruiting metrics and analysis to Business Advisor, Chief Talent Officers (CTOs), Acquisition & Mobility COE Director, other business leadership

- Leverage BP&I to communicate recruiting trends, competitive intelligence and impact on the recruiting strategy to the business and Talent leaders

- Review and adapt Talent strategic priorities and programs to support business needs and requirements (i.e., consider external marketplace and competitive best practices for potential enhancement opportunities to existing programs)

- Advise team on and ensure effective collaboration with CTS on the execution of recruiting processes.

- Direct team in gathering competitive intelligence from candidates, faculty, and other networks and share with Talent/business leadership (i.e., salary data, competitor programs, etc.) as appropriate

- Manage overall recruiting budget ensuring cost optimization. Ensure ROI review on all programs and sourcing channels are done on an annual basis

People development/ management :

- Manage, mentor and develop direct reports, team and quality of work (e.g., provide one-on-one coaching and counseling and identify career / professional development opportunities for team members)

- Knowledge management and upskilling of all team members

- Counseling and performance management of reportees

Qualifications :

Required :

Education : MBA or Equivalent Degree

Experience : 18+ Years (relevant work experience of 15+ years)

Skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with senior leaders and executives

- Experience in managing a flexible workforce to meet the needs of the business/client

- Strategic thinker with strong technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus

- Consultative approach toward clients

- High business advisory orientation and experience

- Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system/application skills
