- Manage P&L, Delivery Business Operations for Permanent Recruitment, RPO and Leadership Hiring.
- Lead Teams (Minimum 10 People) and develop more teams to meet business requirements.
- Design Strategic Hiring Workflow for customers and Increase existing customer growth
- Build Delivery Metrics & Manage Business Workflow
- Effectively managing an average of 60 - 90 open requisitions concurrently
- Build Business Efficiency and Cost effective Modules
- Ability to Lead a Large Team of Consultants and Leads
- Developed, drove and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces.
- Utilized cost effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.
