About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest players in the power industry. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head who will spearhead the Talent Acquisition process and will be responsible for managing key deliverables on all TA metrics. This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify their sourcing requirements, map the relevant external talent pool and recruit for roles across levels.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head - HR, Group TA Head and working closely with the COO, your responsibilities will include,

- Responsible for talent acquisition strategy and implementation in recruiting for extremely niche positions across levels, functions and specific requirements in businesses including but not limited to campus and lateral hiring

- Responsible for manpower planning through demand and supply forecast

- Developing new and innovative methods to source and attract the best talent

- Review the recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact

- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements

- Be involved in other special projects around Recruitment related Transformation, identifying Org structures etc.

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool

- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs

The Successful Applicant

- You will come with 8-12 years of experience in recruitment, talent strategy, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space

- You must have a full time MBA in HR and should have experience in managing complex requirements and difficult stakeholders

- With a team of 2 reports, you should be able to drive the team along with hiring across all levels, as well as campus and niche roles

- You must have in depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles

- You should be extremely hands on in driving strategy and execution in recruitment together

- Dynamic and high on energy candidates along with a good flair of senior stakeholder management

- Highly logical and good knowledge of the Energy and Infra industry is a must have
