We are seeking to identify the company's Recruiting Head for India. This is a senior management role that will drive overall recruitment strategy and also be directly responsible for top-management and leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities of this role include: -

1. Leading recruitment strategy and leadership hiring across the company

2. Managing a 60+ member team including 8-10 senior direct reportees

3. Driving analytics, innovation-led initiatives, processes and systems enhancements for recruiting transformation.

4. Delivering to recruiting targets set across businesses and entities, at leadership and executive levels

5. Managing recruiting metrics, supplier relationships, budgets and compliances.

6. Navigate the company's global network, assemble diverse teams to demonstrate collaborative knowledge-sharing.

7. Engaging with HR, recruiting and business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for initiatives in sourcing and assessments.

Requirements for this role include:-

- Preferably an MBA with 17+ years of experience including both strategy and hands-on work in hiring, especially at leadership levels

- Prior experience of hiring technologies like AI and algorithms

- Should have managed large teams and handled senior level team members

- Key stakeholder management experience at global and regional level
