Job Description - This person would be responsible for heading the overall recruitment function at PAN India level.

Our Client is one of the most innovative Internet technology MNC present worldwide with revenue more than 500 billion $. They are also one of the most valued brands in the world and looking for a dynamic candidate who can head their Talent Acquisition practice for the India region.

Description

Reporting to the Head HR your specific responsibilities will include:

- Laying out the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entire business in India across all levels 


- The role will require you to focus on recruitment strategy across all levels including but not limited to campus and niche hiring 


- Developing new and innovative methods to attract the best talent 


- Maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and lead all process engineering initiatives, aligned with the business 


- Developing Diversity and Inclusion strategy

Profile

- You should come with 10 + years of experience as an HR Specialist in the field of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition in large MNC setup(s) handling requirement for multiple locations 


- You have a full-time management degree from a top-tier business school and have experience in managing a large and diverse team, hiring across all levels, as well as campus and niche roles 


- You should also have strong executive presence and have worked with multiple stakeholders
