Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Head for India Operations Talent Acquisition (TA) Team.


- You will bring strong business acumen, a track-record of recruitment strategy, passion for building teams and developing people, as well as a portfolio of trusted relationships with the business customer to this role.


- You are a big thinker who also knows how to dive into the details of your business.


- You will accomplish this by optimizing processes, fostering a team-culture of experimentation to strive for delivery excellence.


- In this role, you will relentlessly pursue improving the candidate experience by demystifying the rapidly evolving talent marketplace for your teams and partners as well as building sourcing strategies focused on long- term relationships with external and internal talent.


- This is a key leadership role within the Sr. HR Leadership team anchoring you with continued growth in business, recruitment, and people science skills.

Specifically, this position will:

- Lead teams of recruiting managers and recruiters in support of multiple business verticals and geographical locations in India.


- Be a talent advisor by building partnerships with your business teams and creating detailed hiring strategies that will deliver consistent, high-quality results on time.


- Use data to understand and drive strategic recruiting solutions and measure the health of recruiting teams - Develop the team; build a team of talent advisors and look around corners to ensure the team has the competencies and capabilities to adapt to our ever-changing, growing-world-class business.


- Understand that high quality and scrappiness are not mutually exclusive. Know how to balance and achieve both

Basic Qualifications

- MBA - HR- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in a manufacturing set up


- 8+ years of people management experience - Excellent written & verbal communication skills


- Ability to travel when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated success building, leading and retaining large, multi-site recruiting teams within high growth organizations


- 15+ years of experience leading recruitment, strong understanding of the complexities involved in recruiting talent


- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment while modeling Leadership Principles


- Proven success within large and complex organizations, building collaborative partnerships with customers and partners


- Highly influential talent advisor who can recommend and successfully implement talent acquisition strategies


- Skilled at leveraging data and metrics to analyze productivity and optimize results of recruitment function


- Well versed in all facets relating to recruitment including but not limited to: employment branding, diversity and inclusion, immigration and mobility, recruiting systems and technology, compensation and benefits, and employment law
