Head - Recruitment - eCommerce

- Lead the hiring & recruitment in the e-commerce industry vertical of the company

- Responsible for sourcing new business from the industry

- Team management - ensuring the team delivers as per the decided KRA- s

- Key account management: be the point of contact from the company's side for the client

- Ensure deliveries are carried out as per the client requirement within the decided timelines

- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels

- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

- Conduct interviews, follow-up references and check credits

- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion

- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process

- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
