With seven offices across the region, we were founded by a team of experienced recruitment leaders dedicated to helping clients source hard-to-find talent and providing a world-class culture and platform for our highly specialised teams.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter from the Commerce space to join us. As the Head of Commerce Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients in a variety of commerce-related positions across different channels and platforms, including B2C, B2B, and e-commerce.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead, manage and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients in the commerce sector.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.

- Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for our clients in the commerce sector.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain clients and candidates.

- Monitor and report on recruitment activity, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques to ensure the agency's competitiveness.

- Build out a brand within the Commerce recruitment space in India.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on the commerce sector.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Experience in managing and developing a team of high-performing recruiters.
