Job Description : R&D Head

- Design and manage experimental projects in washing machine development and introduction of new practices.

- Provide analysis on technical matters to operations team

- Working in a startup environment, one of the biggest challenges is to respect very tight development periods to reach substantial results in a limited timeframe.

- Design thinking mentality with good listening skills. Drafting, prototyping fast and early for feedback.

- Versatility: at ease with simple as well as complex tasks, practical and intellectual tasks.

- Use CAD models, 3-D Surface Models, and physical prototypes to show design intent and feasibility of concepts

- Formulate and adhere to standards and procedures for Product Development

- Determine product goals and plan/manage resources accordingly to meet deadlines

- Design and develop products from concept through design, qualification, and production

- Should have in-depth testing knowledge of Fully Automatic washing machine

- Knowledge of legal compliances will have added advantage

- Feasibility study of diversifying product range and explore new opportunities.

- Resolving Customer Queries/complaints independently.

- Make R&D improvement for the new products to meet the requirement of customer

- Interact/collaborate with other departments to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and deliveries of Product.

- Problems occurring from production and customer perspectives are resolved through active mind and statistical analysis
