Head - R&D - Telecom

- Planning and execution of product development strategies. Responsible to oversee the development of new products, including design and testing phases on GPON technology, especially ONTs

- Supervising all aspects related to product innovation and technology developmentwhich includes R&D projects, such as new product development, improvement of existing products, as well as new technologies to be used within products

- Should have experience of all statutory compliance including DOT,TRAI,WPC,etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication /job-related field required. Master's preferred. Certification and specialized training that is directly related to the type of work being performed.

- 15 to 20 years of experience in telecom field specially in R&D
