Head - R&D/Technology Lab - IT Product Firm

Our client a leading IT Product Organisation.

Accountabilities - 

As part of the leadership team, responsible for driving Technology, delivering pilots and POC's that leverage these technologies to solve existing business problems and identify new business opportunities.

- Ability to drive the strategy for innovation oriented research teams

- Stakeholder influencing and management capabilities

- Ability to translate customer empathy and industry understanding into Product vision

- Collaborative approach to co-create solutions with Business Units and External eco-system

- Risk taking appetite in terms of product investment and road-map and ability to operate in a fluid environment

- Strong leadership skills to encourage the team and cultivate an environment for the team to do their best work

- Penchant for effective storytelling; an appetite for constructive debate

- Creative view of markets and technologies combined with a passion to create the future

Desired profile - 

- 15+ years of experience in end-to-end technology solution delivery

- 7-10 years of experience in financial services

- Good understanding of emerging technologies and its applications

- Demonstrated Product Management capabilities including Business value articulation

- Ability to navigate between complex enterprise and start-up environments with grace and impact
