Candidates Profile:

- Pref Phd,PG in Chemical /Petro-Chemical Engg /Polymer Chemistry with appropriate Certifications.

-12 to 18 years of relevant and proven performance Track-record in R&D, in above areas with growing & reputed corporates, known for expansions, Diversifications, pioneering initiatives in implementing latest in processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practises etc

- Couple of years at relevant managerial levels with independent responsibility for an active&Growing R&D
