Job Title - R&amp;D head (FHP) Exp : 10 - 15 Years&nbsp; Job description: to help in developing the best on date feminine hygiene products Pre requisites : - Must have 5years+ of exp in feminine hygiene products - Must be fluent with english - Must know excel, word and be well versed with basic technology - Must be below 45 years of age - Must be willing to travel to interiors of India and cities across globe - Must have in-depth knowledge of RM used - Must know the source of RM - Must be flexible and willing to work around the clock Job responsibilities: - To develop bio degradable as well as non biodegradable options in FHP in the given scope and CP - To develop effective composition of RM to get the desirous products - To communicate with vendors and production head to get the desirous product - To procure required RM - To work on the feedback's received and develop product according to the market requirement - To maintain proper log of development / R&amp;D report - To oversee mass production as and when required - To be able to check the quality of various FHP - To be able to showcase the developed product to authorities to help pass clearance and licenses
