- Leading the organization with Planning, Setting up Process for QA/QC per the Project/Operations specific requirement. Leading the Quality Team.
- Should understand the client's needs and requirements and communicating the quality expectations to the team.
- Providing Annual Plan for Quality Improvement and Sustainability of Quality.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for Construction, installation, and implementation across the sites.
- GC/Contractors Monthly/quarterly/annual QA/QC Performance review.
- Ensuring Compliance.
- Final Inspection in comparison to the requirements.
- Setting up Goal, KPI, for QA/QC team.
