Head - Quality - Robotics - Engineering Firm

Our client is the one of the largest global engineering firm with significant market share and an enviable reputation with their unrivalled product knowledge, most comprehensive and best product portfolio in the industry. With their exponential growth across the region, they are presently seeking a Head of Quality for their business to join their Operations team based out of Gurgaon.

Reporting to VP Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up a holistic system for Supplier Quality Assurance

- Establishing suitable Quality Control Systems

- Overseeing Line Quality Check and Outbound Quality Checks

- Installing Quality Support through critical evaluation of existing procedures and developing quality management protocols

- Leading a team and be responsible for their growth in the organisation

You will be an Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality control of working with companies into electro-mechanical products, industrial automation, closer to the level of sophistication of robotics. Six Sigma Black Belt is a must.
