Role : Head of Quality Management & Management Representative
Responsibilities :
Management of Management Processes to ensure :
- KRAs mentioned below are met
- Document Control & Records Maintenance
- Conduct of Management Review Meetings
- Definition of new/modified Processes as requirements arise
- Conduct Internal Audits as required
- Coordinate External Audits as required
- Coordinate & Timely closure of Audit Action points
- Identify Adherence & Adequacy gaps as issues arise, from review meetings, from audits etc and ensure system corrections for such gaps
- Map Customer specific requirements, lay down processes & adherence for same
- Oversight of Quality Department functioning
- Customer Management for Quality System & specific Quality instances
Key Result areas include :
- External Certifications
- Minimization of Non-Conformities
- Timely Closure of Audit Points
- IMS Schedule / Activity Calendar adherence
- Organization wide Processes Adequacy & Adherence
- Continuous improvement of Organizational Performance Deliverables & Efficiencies through continuous Process upgradations
- Customer Satisfaction - Audit Scores, Quality Instances, Quality Issues Closure
Experience : Min 10+ years out of which 3 yrs as MR
Education : Direct BE/ B.Tech preferred and a Certified Lead Auditor
Preferred Industry : Machinery, Auto / Auto Ancilliary Manufacturing
Essential : Relocation to Coimbatore & ability to verbally communicate in Tamil
