Quality Head for Dubai - Health &amp; Wellness Sector Role specifications: - Should have worked in a core Quality /ops excellence/ Ops role - Preferably should have undergone Quality trainings/ certifications - Should have been part of at least 1 quality/ ops excellence project with clearly defined improvement metrics &amp; achievables - Preferably should be well aware of Quality &amp; lean concepts like Kaizen, FMEA, Poka Yoke, 5 Why, RCA etc - Should have led a team (Quality or cross-functional) with clearly defined KRAs &amp; metrics - Should have worked on cross-functional projects with clearly defined metrics &amp; achievables - Should be good at stakeholder management Role responsibilities: Quality: - Leading quality charter across all 4 verticals for the city - Driving Quality improvement initiatives &amp; projects - Managing day to day city operations - Managing Admin related requirements for the city (office space/ etc) - Ensure zero compromise on customer experience Culture: - Ensuring resolution of employee grievances &amp; bottlenecks for smooth functioning of city ops across verticals - Working closely with HR to ensure employee morale &amp; drive NPS improvement initiatives for the city (Culture related initiatives) - Working closely with the stakeholders in central team (city office) to drive cross-functional initiatives - Conducting weekly business discussions with the city team across functions - Leading business reviews with the top management for the city (across functions) - Mentoring the central team members in the city towards growth &amp; aligning them on culture Trust &amp; safety: - Leading the Trust &amp; Safety charter for the city - Ensure Customer safety, drive &amp; initiate projects for customer safety - Ensure employee safety, drive &amp; initiate projects for employee safety
