This role is part of the company's senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. - Participate in company-wide strategy setting and business decisions (beyond just functional area). - Completely own delivering world-class quality standards at the manufacturing plants. - Lead a team of ~40 quality experts across the plants and develop a high performing, highly motivated quality team. - Revamp plant operations (equipment, processes and culture) working with plant management and external consultants to deliver 100% compliance with FSAAI and export market compliance requirements. - Present well-articulated options and recommendations to management covering costs and risks for sustainable quality improvements. - Lead getting potential contract manufacturers to acceptable quality compliance. - Candidates from FOOD INDUSTRY ONLY need to apply.
