- Setting strategy & driving quality initiatives for various projects/assignments. And ensuring we deliver high quality products by collaborating closely with business, product and development teams.

- Leading QA team for Apps, Website and Mobile Site along with critical backend services

- Built Quality dashboard to measure - Code Coverage, Code Quality & Production escape metrics

- Responsible for RCA reviews and implementing learnings

- Built Health check framework for alerting service failures detection

- Ensuring test solutions are technologically most evolved and are the best fit

- Defined SDLC Stages (Definition of environments, their usage, build promotion criteria, dependency management, exit criteria, etc)
