Roles and Responsibilities :

- Product Quality Assurance (Leading In-process Manufacturing Quality Final Product Quality -Supplier Quality - Customer Quality)

- Organize and Implement Quality assurance programme in the factory to ensure consistent quality products meeting quality policy of the company.

- Implement & monitor a programme of assessment reviews and audits of the quality to ensure its continuing adherence to management objectives.

- Providing training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by clients.

- Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.

- To conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports for effective management.

- Coordinating the implementation of occupational health, safety and hygiene requirements.

- Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of Manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital

- To ensure that all the required inspection and tests are carried out in accordance with the laid down techniques.

- To coordinate with production section for preventive and corrective measures on non conformance observed during the inspection, testing & manufacturing.

- Responsible for identifying all dies and tools needing maintenance, preparing maintenance schedule and getting it executed through Technical Manager.

- Responsibility for implementing Quality strategy aligned with strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, optimising production quality levels and supporting overall operational excellence.

- Responsible for overall profitability of operations and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.

- Liaising with the Marketing department with reference to Customer Enquiry related to Quality.

- Designing and executing systems and processes for enhanced monitoring and control of resources and improved operational efficiency.

- Planning funds for diverse operations, ensuring adherence to the allotted budgets.

- Execution of projects for set up, expansion, modernization, installation & commissioning of equipment.

- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.

- Conceptualizing and implementing strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resource/capacity utilization.

- Handling adherence to the various quality standards as per the standards by maintenance of appropriate requisite documentation/ records.

- Assessment of the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate etc.

- Managing & Monitoring of Business operation.

- Performing analysis of target failure.
