Job Responsibilities : - To ensure that quality processes are established, documented, followed, audited and improved in all the steps of manufacturing - material procurement, kit making, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing of garments - To ensure that Quality defects are recorded, measured and analyzed at each process&nbsp; - Quality Head will ensure that technology &amp; automation are used for record keeping and thorough root cause analysis is conducted - To find initiatives to improve the quality metrics and ensure that such initiatives are implemented to achieve desired outcomes - To audit and ensure effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives (including SOPs, reward/penalty schemes) - To work with Customer relations team to hear customer's voice and translate that into quality excellence initiatives
