Head - Quality Control - Cement

- To plan, monitor & control day to day functional of Quality control department to ensure the quality of incoming or in process raw material (limestone, additive, raw meal) by continuous monitoring of set parameters as well as ensure quality of finished goods to achieve production target as per P&B

- Regular monitoring of in process material and optimize process control for getting desired chemical and physical quality of clinker and cement

- To review controlling fly ash mixture and proper manpower utilization to control cost.

- To oversee timely renewal of licenses and compliances as per statutory standard requirements

- To provide a safe working environment

- Bring in outside in practices & implement improvement projects.

- To lead, motivate and develop team members so that they can achieve their individual and departmental goals
