Head - Quality - Construction Business

What we are looking for:

- A competent quality management professional with 20+ years of experience in driving QAQC program for renowned infrastructure construction organizations.

- Ability to lead large teams and drive quality management function at corporate and all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Quality, across all Projects:

1. Represent & Lead Quality Management at corporate and in all Projects related activities

2. Build operational framework & procedures for quality management and implement in collaboration with Project Team, PMO& SCM to ensure compliance at every step of project execution

3. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.

4. Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.

5. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.

6. Coordinate & conduct quality audits programs at sites

7. Manage all testing, calibration & certifications related to QA/QC.

8. Support Project Team and O&M for defect-free Handover of site for project reliability

9. Drive monitoring of Quality performance metrics and reporting to Leadership.

10. Promote Quality culture & awareness and organize internal & external training programs for sites

11. ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001

Qualification B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech/ PhD- Civil Engineering
