RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Professional with 15+ years of experience with Biotech/Pharmaceutical or CRO industry engaged in Clinical and Preclinical Research.

2. Overall responsible for domain functions, delivery and business solutions. Assurance of clinical quality for the overall functions

3. Handle and resolve issues by developing solutions to complex problems

4. Good understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements related to data management systems and activities

5. Experience in supporting/building high impact innovation projects

6. Lead key projects to support business goals.

7. Understand customer expectations.

8. Industry conferences on research topics of interest.

9. Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers

10. Extensive experience in multiple therapeutic areas and across multiple phases of clinical trials

11. Experience working with technology teams including AI/ML experts.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

1. MBBS / M. Pharm/ Ph.D. qualified

2. Professional with minimum 25+ years with Biotech/Pharmaceutical or CRO industry engaged in Clinical and Preclinical Research

3. Should have demonstrated experience in handling large clinical teams and responsible for the P&L of the units
