Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Plan, Organise, monitor, and control QA & QC activities.

2. Responsible for the establishment, Implement and Maintenance of Quality Management System.

3. Responsible for maintaining quality requirements as per customer expectations and control costs of poor quality.

4.Responsible for the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

5. Design and install inspection procedures at different stages of manufacturing activities.

6. Monitor that all inspection activities are carried out smoothly.

7. Guiding on initiating corrective action on NC products.

8. Handling customer complaints.

9. Organise meetings for critical quality issues & Customer complaints.

10. Standardisation of inspection procedures

11. Introduction of statistical techniques to control process & product characteristic

12. To stop production, in case of product/process does not meet requirements.

13. Waiver and deviation management with customers.

14. Liaison with Functional Head for resources necessary for the satisfactory operation of the Quality Management

15. Promote the training and education of company personnel in quality-oriented subjects.

16. Coordination of an effective Internal Audit program.

17. Preparation of Quality Management System Manuals & procedures.

18. Coordination for the preparation of all Quality Management System documentation.

19. Preparation of reports, agenda, and minutes for the management review meeting.

20. Promoting and providing guidance for continual improvement activities.

21. Representing the needs of customers in internal functions in addressing QMS requirements like setting quality objectives, training, etc.
