Qualification: PG - M.Sc - Chemistry or Doctorate in chemistry
Skills: Knowledge on Laboratory Equipment, calibration, Trouble Shooting, Quality, Analysis of raw materials and final products, IMS, Environment monitoring, Team Mentoring, Quality and Environment audit .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Quality Control, Quality Assurance , Quality validation , Quality certification and other related Quality management activities
2. Ensuring quality at all stages of analysis - raw materials, in process and finished product including packaging materials and Dispatch Quality assurance
3. Responsible for samples collections, analysis & timely reporting to Granulation plant , Bagging units, Utilities and other non routibe samples
4. Effectiveness of Quality Management System for product realization towards customer delightedness.
5. Responsible for process studies for improving the efficiency of grades and Value addition to the final products
6. Trouble shooting of the process through statistical Quality Control
7. Monitoring of environment as per AP Pollution Control Board norms under MOEF
8. Accountable for customer complaints redressal.
9. Development of QA team members
10. Liaison with agricultural authorities
