Head - Quality Assurance - Pharma

We are scouting for a Head Quality Assurance for a mid sized pharma company based out of Hyderabad. QA head shall lead a team of Compliance, Audits and Quality and shall report to management. This is leadership role.

- QA head shall drive all strategic initiatives with reference to Quality and compliance. Shall ensure implementation of state of art processes to ensure 100% compliance quality systems.

- will dive all audits and liaison with regard to regulatory compliance to concerned agencies.

- Develop across levels quality culture and lead the quality team.

Required attributes:

- Must have experience in managing pharma Quality Assurance(formulation) with focus on western world developed economies.

- Must have experience in developing and designing quality process and culture.

- Must have dealt regulatory audits and deep understanding of quality standards -(GCP, GMP, GPL etc.)

- Must have lead team composed of members having various maturity levels.
