- Responsible for Implementation of Organizational level initiative like P360, Lean, GDP deployment for the Service Line.
- Extensive experience in ERP Implementation, Roll-out, Upgrade/Migration and Support Projects.
- End to end implementation of QAD
- Business process development
- Requirement firm plan development (RFP)
- Pivotal in developing & manage ERP Application MFG/Pro QAD eB
- Developing Concept model of ERP
- Implementation project lead for QAD2012.1 EE including customization
- Managing the IT Team to support end user on ERP & D2D functions
- ERP Integration with various MIS delivery
- BOM filtering & Cost sheet management
- Managing the IT functions including Infrastructure management & Planning
- Legacy customization bug fixing and made the ERP Environment up running without downtime
