About Client:

Our client is a leading and renowned retail brand organization at a national level with over 50 + years of presence in India. It sells its products through its own branded stores across the country, through ecommerce apart from substantial exports around the world. It is headquartered in New Delhi. The major products it retails are textile based apart from home products, organic foods and personal care products.

Role:

- This is a Corporate Procurement role which is responsible to set up the complete Centralized Purchase structure from the scratch in the organization.

- Define and ensure the adherence on Procurement budget (plan vs achievement).

- Define Procure to Pay process along with Lead - Commercial and streamline the process across the organization.

- Lead functional procurement for Administration, HR, Finance, IT, Projects, B&M, eCommerce and miscellaneous corporate procurement along with the overall governance, audit and compliance across organization.

- Handle all negotiations and key financial decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Post Graduate in SCM/Material Management.

- 12+ years of experience in Purchase - Indirect.

- Candidates from Retail industry will be preferred.

- Incumbent must have established / defined the SOPs. Set up the structure from the scratch at some point in time.

- Must be great in Communication and stakeholder management.

- CTC: Offered: 22-25 Lacs + Variables.
