- Overall responsibility of the purchase department for more than 2 plants.

- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

- Managing supplier relations, negotiating contracts, prices and timelines.

- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff & allocating tasks.

- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms.

- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

- Coordinating with inventory control to determine manage inventory needs. Negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
