Responsibility

- Leading Supply Chain Transformation program

- End to end process mapping & defining new planning processes and KPIs

- Identify SCM process simplification & improvement opportunities

Solution Development & Design

- Understand As-Is processes & Requirement gathering

- Conduct workshops with Cross functional teams business team to design - To-Be- processes.

- Development of Business Process Blueprints (BPB) & Implementation Plan.

Solution Implementations

- Implementation of APO DP/SNP
