Profile :

- Lead the corporate communication for a cult, iconic brand growing extremely rapidly. India's fastest growing Start-Up with an innovative model whereby kids use coding fundamentals to create industry grade apps.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end corporate communication/ public relations in alliance with Archetype/Text 100, India's leading PR agency. This includes strategy, direction, implementation, and follow-up.

- Lead all events--end-to-end for kids to attend Silicon Valley and ISRO Mentorship program, directly interfacing with top leadership from Google, Waymo and ISRO.

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years- experience in a fast growing start-up preferably B2C start-up.

Behavioural traits :

- Radical Accountability : Run the vertical like your own business. Product is incredibly high quality with 20%+ conversion.

- Systems Thinking : Early stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker.

- Extremely creative/hacker mind-set with In-depth knowledge of the subject.
