Head - Provider Network Management (Health Insurance - TPA/Clinics/Hospitals)

About the Client :

The client is a startup Stand Alone Health Insurance company headquartered in Mumbai.

Purpose: This role is responsible for the building and managing the provider network for the organization

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

Span of Control : To be decided

Responsibilities :

- Development policy guidelines for the empanelment of TPA/Clinics/Hospitals

- Negotiation and empanelment of different types of providers

- Recruit, empower, plan and lead the network operations team of the hubs

- Monitoring team's performance against the agreed organizational objectives

- Innovate and drive improvement initiatives in the process

- Investigate, evaluate, and post applying technical knowledge monitor the performance of all the provider

- Resolve complex negotiations and terms with the network providers and get the best deal for the organization

- Deliver exceptional customer experience by timely and error free processing of customer processes

- To monitor and control error rates and consistency in processing.

- To monitor and appraise performance of providers

- To monitor provider complaints, trend and timely resolution.

- Strong hand on clinical knowledge and its practical application mandatory

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Sound insurance industry knowledge

- Best practices knowledge

- Experience of handling a team
