Head - Property/Real Estate Management

The Position is for Head Properties, who is going to report a VP.

Looking for PAN India, and can handle form head office or working in Corporate office.

JD :

- New Property identification,Property Acquisition, negotiation, finalization.

- Handling PAN India.

- Sitting in corporate office and lead the team.

- Planning and finalizing the store layouts.

- Budgeting, resource planning and executing new store roll outs.

- Business expansion.

- Team Handling.

Real Estate Development: Handling retail real estate development, market research, property acquisition, negotiation & deal finalization, real estate agent network development and management, formulation of lease agreements & timely execution of stores though coordination with projects team.

- Complete Property Acquisition Cycle for Retail Brands Across all Sectors & Formats Till Closure of the Final Lease Agreements - Property scouting, negotiations, LOI, signing lease agreements, and Project Management - Fitouts of the Stores
