Head - Properties Management - Retail

Head Properties- This role is responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing properties that competitively position Spencer's Retail for continuous growth within the retail industry. Need a person who has been part of HO properties team of one of these retailers (Big Bazar, More, Reliance etc)

Responsibilities :

1. Successfully developed & implemented Real Estate App & Web Version for small format, from Acquisitions till Store Opening with an expertise in exploring potential business avenues & managing business development operations for achieving business targets; initiating market development to increase growth.

2. Excels in reviewing various legal documents such as MOUs, Joint Ventures Agreements; updating with the client on the latest project development, contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule, and more.

3. Resourceful in leading front-end engagement for the agreement validation, possession documentation & re-sale and lease experience; expertise in Real Estate, Facilities Management & Client Relationship Management, Budgeting & Cost Control and Statutory Compliance.

4. Skills in ramping up operational efficiency with cross-functional skills and ensuring on-time deliverables within preset cost parameters while adhering to respective procedures/norms.
