Position - Head Sales - Projects
- Managing business of 200 crores
- Marketing and Selling flooring solutions to Architects, Contractors, and Distributors.
- Manage All India sales team of 5 Projects Sales
Role :
- Handling sales through architects, builders, consultants etc,
- Should have strong experience in Project Sales and Key Accounts way of working
Responsibility -
- Mapping the people in the Accounts organization,
- Meeting the various stakeholders within the Accounts Organization (Builder Owner, Project Manager, Site Engg, Purchase Manager etc.) and also outside (e.g. Consultants, WP Contractor, Main Contractor etc).
- Responsible for the Pre-Sales Process and also the Post Sales Hand Over to the Contractor/Application Team.
- Act as the first point of contact for all queries of the Account
- The Goal will be the maximization of Business for all our Product Lines with each of the accounts and developing a sustainable relationship for future business between Pidilite & the Account.
