Head - Projects - Retail

Position: Head - Projects (Leading Retail Co)

Role:

- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team Pan India

- Responsible for Pan India Projects for New Store Roll Out as well as Refitting of existing stores

- Will lead the Projects Planning & Execution Teams, the Design Teams and the Project Procurement Teams

- Will be based at the Corporate Office

- Team Management and Stakeholder management

Requirements:

- Engg with 15-25 yrs of experience in Projects

- Should have experience at a Leadership level in Projects in the Retail (preferably food retail), QSR, etc. Industries

- Extensive retail project management experience

- Should have a thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post project review

- Good team management and stakeholder management skills

- Good communication skills
