Client Details:

Our client is a European Foods & Beverages Company with a significant global presence. They have been able to capture a market leading position in most of the countries that they operate in, and have established their presence across both the B2C and B2B channel. Currently, they are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth plan in the India market, and for this, they are looking at hiring a Head of Projects & Operations, based out of Hyderabad.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for -

- Manage Greenfield project operations end to end, along with the global industrial team

- Liaise with global stakeholders to enable efficient tech transfer

- Ensure that the factory is set up as per global standards and processes

- Post commissioning - work as the the Plant Manager

- Develop a local supplier network to be able to source/procure RM from within India

- Manage supply chain operations - including planning & logistics

- Set up a team at the plant level

Profile:

- Bachelors/Master degree in Engineering

- 15+ years of experience in roles across project management (greenfield, brownfield) and plant operations/management

- Prior experience in the foods and beverages industry

- Should have the experience of working across multiple regions in India

- Hands on approach towards his/her work + excellent stakeholder management skills
