Head - Projects - Corporate Real Estate Capital

- The Corporate Real Estate Capital Projects Sr Manager for India is part of a wider Global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization. The role reports into the Asia Pacific Capital Projects Lead and overall Global Head of Capital Projects.

- The Corporate Real Estate Capital Projects Sr Manager - India is the senior technical expert and end-to-end process owner for the Capital Projects function within the India Market Unit.

- They are responsible for delivering appropriate real estate projects across businesses in these locations.

- Accountable for the Capital Projects Management function within the India Market Unit, including overall project service delivery, team management and coordination with the other Procurement, Legal, Technology leadership at key project stages.

- Works, as necessary, in collaboration and co-operation with the regional Business Partner, Transactions and Analytics

- Advocate for design excellence within agreed cost parameters and on time delivery, in line with Company governance, policies and processes incl. workplace, environmental, inclusivity, life-safety, security, technology, design standards across all regional projects
