Head - Projects - Construction Firm

- Ensure work is done in compliance with the international safety and quantity standards

- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables and ensure that work is done as per the approved method statement

- Obtain the necessary approvals, permits and other regulatory prerequisites.

- Review and submit the budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

- Analyzing operational practices, identifying areas of obstruction / failure and working on changes for improvement

Coordinating with :

- Clients & consultants for streamlining operations as per quality standards & financial flow

- Contractors for MEP & finishing activities

- Technical Office for ensuring timely preparation of shop drawings and delivery of construction drawings to Site Team

- Planning & mobilizing resources in consultation with Regional Office and Procurement Department

- Manage and direct over the contract, select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationship.

- Manage costs to meet the budget and Approving monthly cash flows to meet the financial targets and ensure the completion of the assigned projects targets

- Manage construction schedules and its activities to meet the project cost and time guidelines.

- Managing contracts as well as the bidding process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts; coordinating & negotiating with bidders

- Certifying that site quality plan is followed, preparing WMS / ITPs, tracking NCRs, conducting trainings / mock-ups, monitoring vendor / material qualifications, driving equipment qualification action plans on NCRs and coordinating with Design Consultants
