Looking out for Head Projects for K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd located at Bangalore.

We are a school management company with Presence in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. We operate and manage a chain of about 90 plus schools.

In bangalore we have opened our first school at Jalahalli named "Orchids - The International School". For the next academic year we are opening four more schools at Sarjapur Road, BTM Layout, Nagarbhavi & Mysore Road. The aggregate student strength currently is 60,000 (approx.).

POST: Head Projects

JD : the person will be responsible for all new project search and execution.

Experience : minimum 2 years experience in handling construction / real estate projects.

- Experience in finding out new properties will be an added advantage.

Qualifications : IIM MBA / Engineering degree.
