Professional Qualification :
- The individual should have a proven track record of success in selling residential products in Bangalore
- The individual should have interacted and worked with various channels - IPC, Channel Partners, Bankers, NBFC, NRI channels, online portals and direct to consumer
- In-depth understanding and implementation of Sales Work Flows and CRM in Real Estate
- Must have handled projects in various stages of development - pre-sales, launch, possession, handover and society formation
- Should have knowledge and experience of legal documents and agreements pertaining to real estate and in-depth understanding of Real Estate Regulation & Development Act
The key Competencies would include :
- Confidence, empathy, compassion, care for seniors and the ability to create new channels for a new category and attracting senior care customers.
- Should know global and local residential trends.
- Should know competition and their product, progress and pricing.
- Lead the team from the front and create a culture of high performance and high compassion
- Should be able to contribute to product development, design development and interior design plans
- Knowledge & implementation of technology including CRM, sales software, digital, applications and virtual reality tools
