1. Managing a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Dy. Managers Sales and Asst. Managers Sales.
2. Responsible for Sales & marketing activities of West & North India for Electrical Switchgear category .
3. Product Approvals via seminars & presentations.
4. Handling Institutional Sales, Project Enquires and Approvals
5. Developing innovative strategies to promote products to end clients, architects, Consultants, interior designers and Builders.
6. Submission of techno-commercial offers & tendering offers
7. Ensuring Customer delivery schedule
8. Dealer Management
9. Achieving the Sales target
10. Appointing new dealers as required for achieving targets.
