Head - Project Management - Wealth & Trading Platform (10-19 yrs)

- Build, manage and lead the Platform (product) management and technology team for wealth and trading platforms

- Experience in handling Technology Department in Application development & Software Delivery or as a consultant handling large projects .

- Must have experience in requirement gathering & implementing any core lending solution covering LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM

- Must have experience of Mobility application development

- Must have deep understanding of Technology Architecture & Technology Infrastructure

- Must have experience of developing customer facing digital applications, Operations Support Applications & Credit Scoring/Rule Engine based Applications

- Evaluate and identify appropriate application platform (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services.

- Spearhead the technical team from front by contributing to the methodologies, architecture and development

- Identify technology trends which are necessary for success of the business. Maintains up to date knowledge of technology standards and emerging technologies.

- Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.

- Evaluate, finalize vendors/outsourced partners for technology deployment

- Build SOP's, Frameworks, Policies, Governance & establish Controls

- Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost -effective manner

- Develop a comprehensive system & application support structure to ensure that end users needs are always met

- Responsible for change management during Project Phase

- Manage the PMO of projects through robust tracking mechanisms

- Need more emphasis on delivery & project management expertise in the Head Project Mgmt Role
