Overall Objectives of Job

- Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a best-practice Project delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

- Overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status.

- Managing projects/programmes directly. the development, introduction and on-going iteration of the organizations Project Delivery Approach.

- Expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programmes to ensure successful delivery. This role will also ensure project resources have the correct tool sets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.

- Strong project or programme management and excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization.

- Team management experience is mandatory. Lead cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap, create product definitions, establish milestones and manage the implementation and evolution of the product development cycle.

- Experience in Project Manager, IT Infrastructure Management certain experience on security, infrastructure & networking is needed and application projects delivery with respect banking and Insurance Domain

- Implement IT strategy for business transformation and uninterrupted IT service.

- Possess good leadership qualities and the ability to lead a highly technical and motivated team of individuals spread across different locations

- Business acumen and commercial awareness: understand strategic business objectives and be motivated by the application of technology and process change to deliver business value.

- Lead new opportunities through a collaborative approach and teamwork, Monitor team members to ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time.

- Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency and reduce risks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Excellent communication skills and oral presentation with writing skills, Strong team Leader

- High moral standards and professionalism; Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers.

- Possess broad cross-platform and strong project/ program management expertise

- Ability to champion enterprise level change and transformational initiatives that require an organizational and behavioral change in their local area of responsibility

- Experience in Data Centre, Cloud & Virtualization is needed. and Application products delivery

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills:

- Must have experience in insurance domain and should have very good understanding functionality of Insurance Products

- Good Knowledge around Insurance products Domain

- Should Very good at Excel, Power point, Microsoft Project, Agile Scrum
