Head Project - Dhenkanal (Odisha) and Chikhli (Gujarat)


Experience in Greenfield plants - Energy, Chemical, metals/mining, industrials etc

Experience in Liasing with Govt. Procuring 50-60 Licenses for manufacturing operations.

Primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the development and implementation of new projects from scratch. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and delivery. Your expertise in project management, strategic thinking, and team leadership will be essential to ensure the successful establishment of Greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, objectives, and strategies for Greenfield projects.

- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and risk assessments to inform project decisions.

- Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.

Project Development and Execution:

- Oversee all aspects of project development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to execute project plans.

- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks and bottlenecks.

- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assign responsibilities, set performance goals, and evaluate individual and team performance.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
