Head - Project & Interior Design - Co-Living Space

- Managing multiple projects across various geographies - renovation, fitment, and refurbishment

- You should be an expert in Space efficiency and Space planning

- You should be a Design expert - who can work with Senior Interior Designers as well as with Architects and Civil Engineers

- Project planning, site execution, and monitoring along with vendor/contractor management and logistics planning/monitoring

- Monitor and report progress of the property onboarding and the required central processes to ensure timelines are met

- Managing, planning and allocating resources for conducting time efficient opportunity audits in their respective cities

- Ensuring all support departments and vendors are aligned for the launches as timelines

- Establishing a function from scratch up and relishing a zero to one opportunity

- Leading teams, preferably having people from different cultures and work with diverse stakeholders

- Engage in constant communication with all the involved stakeholders to identify and solve problems, find and adopt best practices, strengthen the onboarding process and ensure harmonious relationships are maintained between all parties involved

What we are looking for:

- Civil Engineer with relevant experience - 10 + years / B.Arch preferable - from Tier 1 Institutes only

- Proven working experience in Project management

- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)

- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.

- An ideal candidate comes with 10+ years of experience from Real Estate/ Engineering Consultants/ Design Firms.

- Excellent project experience, collaborative work environment, access to high-quality teams and project specification and inspirational leadership.

- Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

- Ability to work in a start-up environment.
