- End to end project financing, project conceptualization and financial structuring.
- Driving project finance / working capital / accounts team
- Liasioning with senior level lenders
- Good balance sheet management
- Command over contracts and commercial
- Deep understanding of policy and regulatory framework for renewable sectors and financial markets
- Raising project finance debt for infrastructure projects
- Raising mezz/private equity
- Responsible for accounts ( IGAAP and IFRS)
- Taxation ( direct & indirect)
