Job Description :

- Delivery Head has to take overall accountability of delivery for multiple ERP Cloud projects and programs

- Strong customer focus with a responsibility of CSAT and growth of multiple service lines

- Delivery Head must understand the overall solution before the finalization of contract to ensure delivery teams are aligned.

- Proactive Risk and Escalation Management

- Need to ensure relationships with key client stakeholders and map equations

- Need to work with customers to provide solutions and address any delivery related issues

- Be a part of steering committee meetings and provide mentoring and guidance to project management team.

- Should be hands on and get into details of engagements

- Need to drive the team ensuring all project delivery milestones and A/R's are aligned.

- Need to have collaborative approach both within the organization and have a reach at client organizations

- Ability to objectively navigate through various stakeholders equations and deliver results

- Need to ensure timely project closures and get customer references

- Work with multiple practices and ensure team is aligned

- Should review and contribute towards presales and Solutions

- End to end planning and execution of projects and programs

- Adept in quality process and best practices

- Be focal point for customer escalations

- Hands on experience in Planning and execution of programs and ability to manage complex projects and situations

- Strive for devising and implementation of best practices across deliveries and practices

- Managing projects within Timelines & Budgets

- Adept at project monitoring, control and Risk Management.

- Mentoring and Coaching team members

- Contributing towards organizational best practices

- Ensuring customer references

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
